You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Condition for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and have original tags intact.
- All items are eligible for return (no restrictions).
3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
4. Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refund: Amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Exchange: We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or product.
- No store credit will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is damaged/defective).
- Free return labels are provided for convenience.
6. Damaged/Defective Items:
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately—no questions asked!
- We’ll cover return shipping and process a full refund or replacement.
7. Refund Timeframe:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. International Returns:
- Not accepted at this time.
